Auckland Museum's hugely popular CAMERA Season of Photography continues with more award-winning photography in the New Zealand Geographic Photographer of the Year 2012 exhibition.
Fresh from the judges' tables, the photographs in this exhibition have been selected as finalists in the prestigious national competition.
Visitors to the exhibition will decide the winner of the inaugural People's Choice Award by voting for their favourite photograph.

FHE Project is delighted to present Elapse - an exhibition of new works by Emily Siddell. Auckland born and bred (b. 1971), Siddell is one of New Zealand's most accomplished and innovative glass and ceramic artists. She has exhibited since 1990 in both solo and many group exhibitions and her works are held in many private collections and public institutions such as The Dowse, Auckland War Memorial Museum and The Museum of New Zealand - Te Papa Tongarewa.In this new series, Siddell continues to explore and interpret the many possibilities of traditional adornment and its evolution as a contemporary sculptural object

A long awaited new exhibition by Masterton-based painter, Kate Small. Small's paintings make ordinary social encounters freshly compelling. Lurking tensions in the social world are pointed up by the shimmer of underpainting, finely-tuned edges and strange spatial dynamics created by competing expanses of colour.
